HOLIDAY MONKEY BREAD
Always looking for a fast and easy Holiday or regular dish to bring to the table? This is my take of Monkey Bread with a Holiday theme that worked out great for the family Thanksgiving dinner.

Ingredients
2 Pillsbury flaky dinner rolls (8 pack)
2 Cups of fresh cranberries
½ Cup of brown sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Ground Cloves
1 Wedge of Brie Cheese
There are three main phases: Cranberry Sauce prep, Bread prep and Bake.

In a sauce pan or pot add the cranberries and spices with a little splash of water to help it cook down. Cook with medium heat for 7 minutes or until cranberries are soft.
Use the prep made dinner rolls to make this fast and easy. Cut each roll in half and stretch out. Add the small cube of cheese in the center. Fold over and form into a ball to seal in cheese.
Using an Angel Cake mold but just about anything will work. Lightly grease or butter the pan.

Once the pan you are using is greased you will add the balled up dough. To keep in theme with the holiday’s you can add a few pinches of Rosemary in the bottom. The balls will lay in the bowl in no real patterns due to mix match size and this is great for the cranberries to fill the spaces. As you form the dough balls spoon in the cranberries to build the layers as you go.
Bake for 40mins at 350F or until golden brown on top, uncovered.

There will be a mess on the top from the melting cheese and cranberries but this will be flipped! Let it cool for a few minutes and use thin knife to slide around the edges. Use a large serving plate, place on top and with both hands flip. Remove the baking pan to reveal the finished Holiday Monkey Bread.

This bread will be more of a dessert on the table since every bite will have the creamy cheese inside and the tangy cranberries on the outside with the flaky bread to bring it all together.
