The scratch test shows that the GHK M4 GBBR rifle lost a layer of paint and still looked black while the VFC HK 416A5 has a very thin layer and got scratched just from installing an optic. Things to take into consideration.

The fire control parts of the GHK is all steel with a crisp pull and wall before the trigger fires and the HK version has a stronger spring and pull. The fire controls of the GHK M4 GBBR is all high quality steel and the HK version is steel and has some alloy parts along with a complicated system of parts and springs.
